The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                        
NO. 44 "An Act relating to civil liability for skiing accidents,               
operation of ski areas, and duties of ski area operators and skiers;           
and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced            
with CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 44 (L&C).  Signing do pass:
